Daily Plank — Privacy Policy

birdlab ("the operator") operates the mobile application Daily Plank ("the App") and takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information the App processes.

1. Information We Collect Directly

The App does not collect or transmit to any server directly identifying personal information such as your name, email, or phone number. Your workout records (streak days, completion dates), workout settings (plank duration, rest, sets, mode), and notification settings are kept only in your device's local storage and are not sent anywhere. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

2. Information Processed Through Ads (Google AdMob)

To offer the App for free, it uses the Google AdMob advertising SDK. AdMob may collect and process the following to serve, measure, and protect ads from fraud:

Such processing follows Google's policies. For details see the Google Ads & Privacy Policy and AdMob data disclosure. Where possible, the App is configured to request non-personalized ads.

3. Notifications

If you enable workout reminders, the App uses only your device's local notification feature. Scheduling information is stored on your device and is not sent to the operator's servers.

4. Children Under 14

The App is not primarily directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

The operator does not sell your information to third parties. Apart from Google AdMob for ad delivery, no information is shared externally.

6. Your Rights

You can reset your advertising identifier or limit personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking). Local data is fully removed by uninstalling the App.

This policy may be revised due to legal or service changes; any changes will be posted on this page.
