Pandemic Tap (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App collects and how that information is used.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, address, etc.).
However, the Google AdMob SDK may collect the following data to display ads:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / ADID) — a resettable identifier provided by Google for personalized advertising.
- Device identifiers — device model, OS version, language settings.
- Approximate location — IP-based location for ad localization.
This data is collected and processed by Google AdMob and is not sent to the App developer's servers.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- Personal identifiers such as name, email, phone, address
- Precise GPS location
- Photos, videos, contacts, calendar
- Audio, health, or financial information
- Account information (the App has no account system)
3. On-Device Storage
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server:
- Game progress (DNA, mutation levels, stage reached, combo records)
- News feed history
- Last offline activity timestamp
This data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App or use the in-app News tab > Reset game data action.
4. Purpose of Collection
- Generating ad revenue via Google AdMob
- Improving app stability and performance (Google Play's built-in diagnostics)

7. Your Rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Delete data: use News tab > Reset game data in the App
- Reset Advertising ID: in Android Settings > Google > Ads
- Opt out of personalized ads: in the same Settings location above
- Uninstall: removing the App deletes all local data
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
9. Security
- All network traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS)
- On-device data lives inside the Android app sandbox
- No user data is transmitted to developer servers
10. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will notify you via the App or by updating this page. Changes take effect from the date posted.
